Michael Rich is a senior government executive with 20 years of federal service. He has overseen programs and operations from various agencies to include the Architect of the Capitol Office of Inspector General, the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. He is a Navy veteran who served and deployed to numerous countries. Michael earned a doctorate and multiple graduate degrees; he is a Certified Inspector General, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Project Management Professional, and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. Michael is also an Eagle Scout and was an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America for over a decade on three continents and hundreds of community service projects. He also volunteered with Junior Achievement and the Boys and Girls Clubs teaching civics, entrepreneurship, and fiscal management. He is an avid traveler and has ventured to over 100 countries but only 25 U.S. states. Michael was attracted to the Hollin Hills community because of the unique MCM architecture, natural setting, and amazing community. He happily calls HH home along with his husband and family. Michael is excited to support the FOHH mission and give back to the robust HH community.
