Friends of Hollin Hills - Making a Difference
Make Friends With Our Parks
Over the next year Friends of Hollin Hills will take you on a celebration tour of our amazing system of parks through:
The goal of the Make Friends with Our Parks initiative is to spark a discussion about how we can work together to preserve and nurture our unique community spaces and meet the real challenges facing the health of our parks.
Another goal is to introduce you to the wealth of our parks.
Hollin Hillers enjoy 7 parks covering 33 acres of woods, open areas and streams. Each park has a unique history and ecosystem, and offers a variety of ways to be in touch with nature. An adventure play ground, a wilderness sanctuary, extensive wooded walking paths, native plantings, a bocce court--our parks offer all these and more. All are open to the public.
