  • Location - Silver Spring, Montgomery County, MD

  • Fun fact - Hammond Wood was developed by cousins Paul Burman and Paul Hammond, Burman was an actor who left the theater because he was interested in design.

  • Location - Reston, Fairfax County, VA

  • Fun fact - Hickory Cluster was one of several original "Reston First Village" clusters all designed and built simultaneously around Lake Anne by Reston, VA, founder Robert E . Simon. All clusters were designed not with individual yards but with large, central community spaces.
