Each plaque has been thoughtfully designed by Hollin Hills architects and designers to reflect the neighborhood’s mid-century modern heritage. Crafted in durable stainless steel, the design honors the clean lines and architectural integrity that define our community.
The plaque design has been reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC) and the Civic Association of Hollin Hills (CAHH), ensuring it aligns with our shared preservation standards and neighborhood character.

OTHER LOGISTICS
- Proof & Approval: After you place your order, you will receive a print proof to review and approve before production begins. You can feel confident knowing your plaque will look exactly the way you want it to, with every detail just right for your home. If approval is not provided within a week, FOHH will assume you have no changes and proceed with your order.
- Production Timeline: Plaques are ordered during designated order windows throughout the year. Once the window closes, FOHH places the full production order. All plaques arrive together, and you will be notified as soon as yours is ready. Pickup will be coordinated at a FOHH Committee member’s home at a time that works for you.
- Installation: You will receive clear installation instructions so you can easily mount your plaque. If you would prefer help, we can recommend two trusted neighborhood handymen you can hire. Either way, you will soon have a beautiful historic marker proudly displayed on your home.
