Our 33 acres of parkland are one of the joys of living in Hollin Hills.

They offer space to play, walk, or simply sit and take in the beauty. Whether on regular walks along the stream through Paul Spring Park, visiting the playground or having fun at annual events in Voigt park, we all love our parks.

Your gifts can help us maintain a valuable community resource:
  • Remove invasive plants that are choking our trees and smothering native growth
  • Maintain walking paths and trails
  • Provide amenities such as new park benches
  • Initiate educational demonstration programs in collaboration with the Parks Committee
 Your contributions are tax deductible.

Donations support our four initiatives:
Parks Preservation
Fund updating or repairing park structures, removing invasive plant, erosion remediation and planting and maintaining native plants. The 33 of park land owned and managed by the Civic Association of Hollin Hills (CAHH) are an integral part of the Hollin Hills Historic District and are dependent on park volunteers, CAHH member dues, revenue from the community’s bi-annual Hollin Hills House + Garden Tour and donations like yours.

Education
Offer regular online and face-to-face conversations with architects, naturalists, early Hollin Hills residents, preservation experts and more.

Neighborhood Amenities
Repair, refurbish and fund novel environmental designs to preserve community gathering areas including Voigt Park Playground, Hollin Hills signs, park benches and bridges, trash cans and the trial
installation of a rubber mat and grass erosion solution in Voigt Park.

Architectural Preservation
Funded the legal costs for a review of the Hollin Hills architectural covenants and draft amendments to strengthen the architectural protections for the Hollin Hills Historic District.
